Director
Michael Eade has over 35 years’ experience. The majority of those years have been spent Supervising and Project Managing. Michael has had vast experience in all facets of the mechanical services industry including design, installation, ductwork manufacture, service and trouble shooting and refrigeration. These strengths have become the nucleus of Contract Air Conditioning Pty Ltd and will ensure its future success.

Contract Air Conditioning also employs a number of apprentices to secure the future growth of the company. Project Glance
Luxury Home, Narre Warren North
Contract Air Conditioning worked closely with the Builder and Client over approximately 18 months, from 2017-2019, to help deliver this amazing home.
With the highest standard of work expected and precision finishes required, Contract Air integrated the Mitsubishi Electric VRF air conditioning system seamlessly, using Linear Slot grilles and Mitsubishi Electric’s AE-200 Central Controller.
The Central Controller allows the proud home owner to control and monitor all of the air conditioners individually from one convenient location. The Mitsubishi Electric VRF System allows each individual system to run on heating or cooling concurrently, depending on the individual needs of the space.
Aldi, Coburg North
Aldi, Coburg North is the 17th Aldi air conditioning installation, Contract Air Conditioning has completed. As expected on all Aldi air conditioning installations, a high standard of finishes and air control is stipulated and achieved via the installation of a Daikin VRV air conditioning system and Central Controller. Working with the client, Builder and Daikin to achieve tight deadlines with an experienced team of installers, and commissioning technicians, Contract Air Conditioning is proud to be associated with all of our 17 Aldi installations!
