Established in 2010, by sole owner operator Michael Eade, Contract Air specialises in the design and installation of commercial air conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems.
Our experience in commercial and large scale residential installations, has seen us complete hundreds on installations in factories, warehouses, service stations, medical centers, retail outlets, schools, office buildings, apartment buildings, childcare centers and more.
Contract Air aligns with major brands, to ensure the quality of the products we install, thereby optimising the efficiency of the overall installation. Full manufacturer warranties are maintained on all installations and are provided at handover. All workmanship is warrantied for 7 years.

Contract Air has established long term relationships with many builders, consultants, architects, and developers. Our commitment to maintaining the efficient time management of all installations, and quality of workmanship, has led us to ongoing work since 2010.
Contract Air works alongside mechanical engineers to assist with the design and certification of simple and complicated air management systems, to ensure the design objectives are met or even exceeded. Contract Air conditioning can arrange Section 1507 certification and compliance, ensuring building regulations and Australian Standards are met. All work completed complies with AS 1668 P2.
